Egg Bhurji
As we here for cook food eat food .This is my small common recipe "Egg bhurji". Here we go.
Ingredient
1)2 eggs
2)3 chopped onions
3)1 chopped tomatoes
4)2 chopped green chillies
5)1 spoon ginger garlic paste
6)Half table spoon turmeric powder
7)Half table spoon chilli powder
8)2 table spoon oil
9)Some corriendar
10)1 lemon
11)And some salt
Lets began with preparation of egg bhurji
First we have to take two table spoon of oil in a container at medium flame.let it heat for sometimes. Then we have to add fine chopped onion, one spoon of ginger garlic paste, chillies and stir it for sometimes and cook it under medium flame till it turn yellowish brown. Than we have to add chopped tomatoes and stir it under medium flame till it cook. Keep it for 4-5 minutes . Simultaneously take one bowl, put egg white and egg yolk and add some turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and stir it. Add dis mixture in fried onion under medium flame and stir it until it reduces it's stickness. Keep it for 2-3 minutes add more salt if necessary and serve it in the plate with bith of corriendar and place two peaces of lemon.
